QuickConsent stores signed documents for 12 months. Users are responsible for downloading and archiving their own copies for long-term FMCSA compliance. We are not liable for data loss beyond this period.
In no event shall QuickConsent be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
